Letty and the staff at Cornerstone Connection have etched themselves into our family's heart. They have ungirded our children with truths that are most dear to us. They have beared the burden of our financial strain in ways that other businesses would not. They have helped us conquer fears in our children's development. Through the power of the Holy Spirit they have honored our most valuable earthly treasures. The facility name is so appropriate, because Christ is the center of it all and we know, beyond a shadow of doubt, that they are His children by the way they have loved us. Thank you sweet Jesus, for sending us their way, for directing our steps and causing our hearts to be obedient.

April provides impeccable care for both our children. Our oldest son started attending her program at just 4 months old and stayed there until age 4. Our youngest son started at 3 months and is currently there at 16 months old. I have never seen such dedication to her work and the love for the children she has at her school. April takes such pride in everything that she does and the projects she incorporates into her lesson plans. Music is also an integral part of her program. The best-of-the-best in our area. We couldn't be happier and as a full-time working parent, that fact that I NEVER worry about my children, is worth its weight in gold!
(Danville, California)
My child care providers at Loving Hands Childcare really know how to make my daughter feel at home. They strive to create a home away from home atmosphere for the children and they do an excellent job. I recently had to go out of town for business and they were great in making my daughter feel loved and special while Mommy was away. I appreciate all that they do and say to make my whole family feel special and loved.

Jennifer and Erin are the only child care providers I would ever trust my children with, and the only ones I ever have. They do a great job with the kids, teaching them and making learning moments out of everything.

I've had the pleasure of working with Kathleen at Kathy's Kids -- an amazing woman. She pours every ounce of her being into the care and wellbeing of the children in her care. With over 20 years in the business she has touched many lives. She has inspired me to open my own in home daycare and I hope that I can come close to her level of care. Thank you Kathy for all that you do, love ya lady!
(Webster, New York)
Savannah is always positive and shows she really cares about our family. She's continually flexible to meet our needs. Both of our kids love going there each day. I know they are being loved and cared for well! Thanks Savannah & Jaclyn!

My Mom is the best provider, parent and women I know. All the things she dose. All on her own now that dad is gone. She works 13 hours a day for less than $7 an hour and still cares for 5 of my brothers and sisters and manages to run the whole house just wonderfully.
(Lacey, Washington)
I believe my daughter and I have been blessed with the most wonderful preschool teacher and caretaker! Janet is highly professional, organized, responsible, reasonable, creative and fun! I can't say enough good things about her. I have seen some wonderful changes in my daughter since being with her as well as intellectual growth. She is much more independent and social. Thank you Janet!

We have only known Melissa for a year but it has been such a great year! Our daughter started with Melissa as a 10 week old baby and has blossomed into a loving, caring 1 year old. Melissa has played such an important part of Kira's growth and development. We are truly blessed to have her in our lives. What we liked best about Melissa is she seems to have the perfect amount of structure and fun. She is so well organized and does such a great job keeping us as parents informed. Melissa has been the best fit for us and I hope she knows how great of a job she does. We love you Melissa!!!

Lenora is the owner of Nana's Babies and she has been taking care of my children for 7 years. She provides a very loving and educational environment for the kids to grow. Both of my children were potty trained by 18 months! She works with parents to help you drive your children to succeed. My oldest is in Kindergarten and she reading at a 2nd grade level. She started class this year ahead and will finish the year well above some of her classmates. This is all due to Lenora teaching my daughter to read, write and focus-and teaching my husband and I what to do to help her at home. During her breaks from school, my daughter still loves to come and stay at Nana's to spend time with Lenora. My son loves his time with Nana and has a hard time leaving each night. So in closing, thank you Lenora/Nana for all that you do and have done to help my children feel loved and cared for while they stay with you, and helping them to prepare for the education and future! Thank you!

Women's League, located in Hartford, has cared for my children for years. This center and it's staff are warm, family-friendly, and accommodating. The facility and classrooms are equipped with the tools necessary to encourage the inspiration and independence that is so important in the physical and cognitive development in children. The activities in the classroom also nourish the social development among the children attending as well. In addition to the commitment to the children, what stands out most about Women's League is their interest in supporting parents and families. Support groups and educational opportunities are offered to families which leads to healthier and happier children living in healthier and happier homes. The dedication of the teachers, nurse, office staff, and Executive Director is why Women's League will always be my first choice for child care.

Our family is so blessed to have Bonnie in our lives. She is a very caring, dedicated, and generous person. We are always so impressed by her energy and efficiency in running her daycare business. Our kids thrive in her care, feel comfortable and happy there, and have learned so much from Bonnie. We're so grateful for Bonnie and often wonder what we'd do without her!
(St. Joseph, Minnesota)
My daughter and I have had some challenges in our lives recently and every day when I drop my daughter off w/ her and Mrs. Maria I feel the love from them. Addie is not an easy child to get ready in the mornings and they always make me feel ok about bringing her w her hair a mess, "Oh, don't worry about it Heather, we will take care of it". Addie does not always like to stay at daycare, but Mrs. Ahleigh always wraps her arms around my baby, as if she was hers, and consoles her. I really appreciate all the workers at Day Nursery however, I am very thankful for Mrs. Ashleigh. She tells "me my daughter did the same thing" don't worry about it we got this. She's always making me feel like a normal mom on a normal day when I feel like a failure. Thank you Ashleigh for everything you do and for your love for Addie.

One year ago today my youngest son Jeremiah started going to Funsteps after being in and out of different home day cares since birth. My oldest son Gabriel was also in and out of different home day cares since birth. Though we've had some positive encounters with in-home providers, we've also had some negative ones and even lost one care giver to cancer. After finally deciding to give a center a try, we searched the entire area before knowing for sure we wanted to send our children to Funsteps. We enrolled Jeremiah in the 2 year old room and he thrived! We enrolled Gabriel into the Summer Camp when school was out and he loved it! The staff at Funsteps is amazing! Always a genuine Good Morning or Hello with a smile on their face. Always nurturing, loving and kind to my children and the others. It has truly become a second home for my sons and I would never send them anywhere else and actually wish I'd of started them bot h there at birth. I respect, appreciate and love the staff more than I can express and am so thankful for the care they provide each day.

I will be celebrating with Rock-A-Bye Daycare owned and operated by the BEST child care provider in the world - Julia. Julia has gone over and beyond for my family in our changing circumstances from me working sporadically part-time with three young boys (after staying home for the first 7 years), to full-time and adding a fourth baby (the Girl!), to my husband's third military deployment while I worked full-time for the military myself....I could go on all day on the ways that she went over and beyond for us. This Friday will be my youngest child's last day of pre-school/daycare as I'll be staying home again. I can't say thank you enough but I'll provide a beautiful bouquet of flowers like I do each year, only this time we'll celebrate a month early on my last day.

Ms. Abby teaches preschool at Basic Trust Child Development Center. She is the kindest, most compassionate teacher I have ever met. Her children absolutely adore her, and you can tell she adores every one of them. My child has learned so much from Ms. Abby this year from math to science to Bible stories and songs, even reading simple sentences which is very impressive from a four year old. I am so honored that my child could receive such a great education and can be prepared for kindergarten. I remember the first day of preschool, I was more nervous than my child but Ms. Abby made both of us feel very at ease when she greeted us. I went to work that day feeling less guilty about being a working mom, because I knew my child was in the hands of someone that would love, and care for them just as much as I do. Every day I am reassured my child will be just fine when I see the way she interacts with the children. I am so grateful to Ms. Abby for the love, and education she has provided this year.

Amanda Norris is a hard working community worker. She works hard helping the young children stay safe and is always looking for positive ways to help the child care system. I would like to thank Mrs. Norris for her on going child care service on every level.
Amanda(Brooklyn, NY)
Riffat has been a huge blessing for us! I did not start working again until Marina was about 9 months old, so she had a hard time adjusting to being away from me. Riffat was patient and reassuring, and after a few weeks, a strong bond had formed between Marina and Riffat. Now, Marina runs into Riffat's house each morning and gives her a huge hug! It has been great to have her around other kids of various ages, and I can tell that the activities she does while with Riffat are teaching her a lot. I am so grateful to know that my daughter is in capable, loving hands when I'm not around.
Betsy (Falls Church, VA)
I am grateful for providers that care about my child. I can go to work and not worry about my preschooler. She loves her teachers and the children in the daycare. She has been in daycare since she was six months old. I could not have worked without them. Thanks for everything you do, it is greatly appreciated.
Penny (London, KY)
Ms. Leona is an awesome early childhood educator/caregiver. She has a warm caring compassionate way with all the children she provides care to. She is a 24/7 person and will give her all to the children she has each year in her classroom. Parents appreciate her and always praise her for what she does for their children. Each center should have caring, loving individuals like Ms. Leona. Thank you, Ms. Leona for making a difference in the lives of our children!
Leona (Mojave Valley, AZ)
Even when she is tired, Bertha always tries to keep the children occupied with different projects she gets from books, or the children's channel. She tries to show them that eating fruits instead of candy for snacks is better for them. She also teaches them that walking to and from school daily is good exercise since she only leaves a couple of blocks away from school. She always makes sure homework gets done as soon as they get out of school.
Susana (Tucson, AZ)
It is such a sigh of relief when your child WANTS to go to daycare. Every day, my little Sadie Grayce is so excited to go see Mrs. Tammy and her little friends. Sadie loves being there and that makes me as a parent have a peace of mind all day while I am at work. It also helps that Mrs. Tammy posts pictures and sends texts throughout the day. I love hearing how my child is doing since I miss her so much while being away.
Mrs. Tammy provides a clean, safe, stimulating, caring and well organized daycare. She keeps the children on a routine and she is always consistent in what she says or does. Therefore, the children always know what is going on and how they should act. They know when it's quiet time and they know when it's playtime.
My daughter is never quiet. Mrs. Tammy just reinforces its quiet time and she understands that all children are different. Since she understands that all children develop differently, she keeps this is mind as she cares for the children.
Mrs. Tammy is truly compassionate about her job and it shows in everything she does. I would highly recommend her to any parent in search of daycare. Hands down, she is awesome!
.
Dawn (Idabel, OK)
Wahida Rahman cared for my oldest daughter for 2 1/2 years and now cares for our second daughter who is just 6 months old. We have been so blessed to have her in our lives. I was able to go back to work full time twice because I knew my girls were going to be in the best of hands with her. We are deeply appreciative of everything she does!
Mary Lee (Arlington, VA )
My childcare provider, Marcie, is FANTASTIC! She has been minding my 11-month-old-daughter, Eimear, since she was 5 months old. It warms my heart every morning when Eimear jumps into Marcie's arms because I know she is well looked after and loved. Marcie stimulates Eimear during the day by reading, singing, art activities and being outside. I am so thankful to have Marcie in our lives and I know my daughter is safe in her care.
Renee (Springfield, VA )
My mom is a wonderful provider. She takes care of each child like she would me. She is loving, kind, and goes above and beyond our expectations. She is my angel and I feel so blessed she has such a big heart and loves children. Thank you so much Mom for all your hard work.

Monik (Paso Robles, CA )
I would like to nominate my child's Preschool, Abacus Children’s Academy, as one of the very best in Pflugerville. They have been here a short time but they are doing a wonderful job of providing not just care to my child but teaching him too. My husband and I are so impressed with what he has learned in a matter of months. Number 1 for us!
Helen (Plugerville, TX )
We have been using Sue as a day care provider for almost a year. My kids love going to Sue's and love the assistants as well. My daughter, when we drive by and don't stop, actually gets annoyed that she can't stop and see her friends. Sue's hours are flexible, which helps working families like ours. Sue is kind, caring, and consistent with her methods. She has a variety of toys, activities, and learning tools that the kids enjoy. She also uses technology – iPads, computers, etc. - to help kids use the things our world has for them to learn. Great job, Sue! :)
Amy (Saugerties, NY )
I just want to thank Karen and the staff at Kountry Kids Enrichment Center for all the hard work and dedication they have put forth in my children's learning of manners, social skills, and teamwork. We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are all very special to us.

Rhonda Yancey (District Heights, MD )
When I was pregnant with my second child one of the most terrifying thoughts was putting the baby in daycare. My first child already of school age had been in enough daycares with less than appealing providers & enviornments that I feared was standard in home daycares. I knew that I wanted to be able to visit my baby daily during my lunch break at the daycare & continue bonding/nursing because I had to return to work 6 weeks after delievery. Based on my previous expierences whenever I came in the middle of the day I was told that my visiting was disruptive to the children & caused anxiety to my own child. When I found Amanda she not only told me I could come visit the baby daily but that she encouraged it. She explained to me that her own less than appealing childcare expierences motivated her to open her home to a small amount of children to be able to provide them enough time focused care. Her home was tidy and her hours suited my work needs . She even encouraged me to look at other places to compare. Although my mind was made up from my very first meeting with her. Before we began care the baby & I visited a short time & I bet I sounded frantic with the idea of leaving my newborn to head off to dismal work, but she was very supportive. Since the 1st day of care Amanda has proven that she is loves the kids she provides care for & she works very hard to keep a constantly ideal atmosphere for your child to learn, grow & be comforted! I am very blessed to have Amanda there for our family.
Liberty Tomlins (Oakdale, CA )
I had a bad experience with the daycare before. Now my life and my children's lives. She cares for them like her own. She is always available and works her tail off. My kids are always dirty at the end of the day whic is a good thing because I don't always have the time to take them outside after work. They are constantly bringing home various art projects which shows me they are learning so much! There is just not enough to say about my daycare. I wish I was well off enough to give her a major bonus because she is priceless. I just love her and so do my kids!
Amy Poppenhagen (Swanville, MN)
Lenora is a great caregiver for our two children. She provides a safe and stimulating environment for our children to learn and play. Our children look forward to going to her home everyday. Lenora is always giving us updates on their progress and sharing photos or stories about the fun things they do.
We appreciate all that you have done for our children! I hope you have a great day and a Happy Mother's day!

Shannan Taylor (Herlong , CA )
Theresa is a in home family daycare provider. She has been a daycare provider for 15 + years. Although her daycare area is limited (due to the size of her home) she dedicates a fairly large area to her daycare kids. They have toys, crayons, books, coloring books, movies, etc.. Each day is started with Circle Time in which the children recite "the pledge allegiance" and learn a letter and number each month. In addition, they will also have a theme in accordance with the Funshine Express themes / recommendations. Each month the children bring a bookbag home that includes all their papers nd projects that they worked on during their circle time. I have two children under her care, one who is there full time and the other is only there after school. My daughter is 6 and is in first grade. She has been with theresa since she was about 8 or 9 months old. My son is 3 and has been with Theresa since he was a few months old. Both of my kids has learne d so much being with Theresa. My son is only three and he can count to about 50, spell his name, say the alphabet and is recognizing sight words. Theresa has other children in her care also and gives each child the same amount of care. She performs assessment tests on them and continues to encourage them each and everyday to work on areas they need help with. She is understanding with the parents and even keeps the children later if we get into a jam with traffic or work. My children and I are very lucky to have her in our lives and I want to recognize her on this special day :)
Desiree DeVoe (Baltimore , MD )
I have two young children that attend Belknap CDC. The child care providers are full of heart. They care for and educate my children with compassion and love. I feel that while my children are at daycare they are with extended family. Thank you Belknap CDC.

Our childcare provider is the most amazing person!!! There is not enough words to express how wonderful she is and what she has done for our family. She has cared from all three of my children since my oldest was 2 years old. She treats my kids as they were her own. It warms my heart to see my kids so excited in the morning to go see her. It is a wonderful feeling to know I can drop my children off and never have to wonder if they are being cared for. My children love Lynn and talk about all the great things they do with her. Our family is so very very blessed to have found her. As my kids grow older, I will make sure that "Lynne" is never forgotten in our household. She has made such a postive impact on making my children who they are! Lynn, if you read this....thank you for everything you have done for us! You are the most amazing person and our lives would not be the same if you were not in them! I truly hope you know how much y ou are appreciated each and every day!
Corinne Bauer (Medford , WI )
Marlene has taken care of my son for 1.5 years and now our new baby girl. For being someone I met only through an online search, I trust her entirely with my children. My son is always learning and growing as a person. He is happy when he is with her and I feel peace knowing that my children are in a safe and educational place while I am at work. She has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate our family during tough times and schedule changes and has made every transition smoothe and problem-free. Any parent would be LUCKY to have their kids in her care and I recommend her as highly as possible.
Bethany Mitricska (Inver Grove Heights , MN )
Jessica's Daycare (Jessica Paul) Vesta, MN is a wonderful daycare provider. She is like a second mom to all her daycare children. She does arts and crafts, reading time, and takes the children on field trips. I would like to Thank her for all the hard work she does!
Lisa Borning (Echo , MN )
"On the way home from daycare, my four-year-old daughter said, 'I love God. I'm ready to meet Jesus in Heaven right now' prompting me to think about what she must be learning in preschool this year. My daughter often discusses what she learns at preschool and daycare at Kings Kids Child Development Center. For about six weeks last spring she recited the daycare rules each night before bedtime." - A testimony from one mom about her experience at King's Kids.
Kings Kids Child Development Center, a ministry of New Covenant Fellowship, is located on Waverly Parkway in Opelika across from West Forest Intermediate School. Childcare is available for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years with a preschool for 4 year olds on-site. They also have before and after-school care with transportation to and from school. The hours are 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Amanda Brogdon, Director, is very approachable and open to new ideas and is always available for questions and concerns.
The carefully selected staff loves each child and is attentive to their needs. Each week has a particular focus such as nutrition and exercise to personal hygiene and activities and crafts to emphasize what they've learned. They color, paint, and create massive amounts of artwork. They sing and dance and run around. The children are fed two meals and snacks and take naps. They play outside (weather permitting) and during the summer have water play day and field trips.
The daycare is clean, well organized and safety-conscious, and the food is delicious and nutritious. They have many events that include parental involvement such as Mother's Day Tea and Father's Day and Grandparent's Day breakfasts as well as a Christmas program and Pre-K graduation.
The kids are happy and love their teachers. The teachers are happy, too. They are still smiling and friendly at the end of the day. If you live in Opelika and are looking for a daycare or a preschool for your four-year-old, consider visiting Kings Kids or calling 334-749-3916. After all, anyone who can teach a four-year-old about the joy of meeting Jesus, loving God and going to Heaven, is setting an example few people achieve.
Jill Jones (Opelika, AL )
This was my first "day-care" experience as a mom. The staff are all very loving and nurturing towards the children. They have endless patience and they put together amazing lesson plans each week that center around different themes. The facility is darling and all the toys and activities are very educationally and developmentally appropriate. I just can not say enough positive things about Charger Child Care! I would recommend it to anyone:)
Brandy (Orion , IL )
I cannot tell you what my provider does for my family day in and day out. She truly treats all the children as her own and loves them dearly. I went through several centers till I found her and I have never looked back! My son loves her so much he kisses her and cuddles with her like he does me. I leave Asher with Heather each day knowing he will have a great day with family. Thank you Heather for being there for my family and most importantly for the most important thing in my life---my son Asher!
Amanda Banik (Sioux Falls , SD)
Luz Fernandez is an amazing woman! She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is terrific working with children and families.
Yoselyn Fernandez (Bronx , NY)
She has worked in Thurston county for so long that I went to her daycare when I was a kid. WHen I saw she was still working I jumped at the chance to bring my baby girl. She respects the kids as kids. She loves to help them learn and play and leaves them to find the world on their own. I love that part. Todays kids are so computerized and protected from every little thing. I think it's great that she let's them watch bugs, or paint all over them selfs. She is the best mom, daycare lady, and teacher. She is safe, clean and I KNOW, my daughter is happy and safe. She lives for the kids.
Tammy Hunt (Olympia , WA)
Mrs. Mills is a great child care provider. She is a very patient, understanding, loving individual who has taken very good care of my children in the past year. I appreciate her love and dedication towards her job in loving and caring for my children.
Emily Tello (Elmont , NY)
Thank you, Alyssa, for your tireless work, with so many late days waiting for me to come and pick up my son. You have shown the dedication and persistence I depended on and needed to get through each day, and we are so grateful to you for your kindness, patience, routine, and great environment for James while he was with you.
Linda Luke (Dundee , OR)
I would like to thank all of the "present and past providers" that I have had the "honor" to work with as a Family Child Care Coordinator. Your dedication to quality childcare and your never ending love of children has blessed me beyond words. To balance the needs of your own family and offer such excellant programs that are filled with exciting educational days and meet all the requirements of being a Military Child Family Child Care Provider takes a a special person. Thank you and know you are truly appreciated by all the little people in your lives, the parents , and one truly blessed coordinator.
Linda Smith (USAFA Academy , CO)
This is a very very good preschool. The staff is caring and the school has a challenging and interesting curriculum. Very pleased!
Tris Bennett (Charleston , IL
Rock A Bye Daycare has been there for our four children since 2007, on a full-time basis. They have put up with our crazy schedules as a dual military couple in the Army National Guard. We both work for our units during the week and of course one Drill Weekend a month and 2-3 week annual training. We have also prepared for and are halfway through my husbands third deployment (I was able to stay back as Rear Detachment). This always creates added stress at work and home, and our children manifest that at daycare and school. Our daycare providers have been patient, understanding with our kids and us, as well as keeping our kids on their routine. Our kids love it there! Thank you Rock A Bye Daycare (Julia) !!
Candi Rash (Roberts , ID)
Nicole Heffron at Nicole's Chiladre is a wonderful care provider. Nicole, a mother who has patience, is compassionate, and has the ability to work and interact with our children in a daily basis has disserved a great deal of appreciation for her work. Nicole has been an amazing care provider for my 18 month old. She cares for my daughter as it she was her own child. I can honestly feel secure and safe under her nurturing care. This is extreme as both my husband and I have to travel to work daily to an office that's 30-50 minutes away.
Nicole has taught all her childcare children to be peaceful, loving and caring. My daughter has been going to Nicole's Childcare since she was 4 months old. She's learned her ABC's and numbers in English and Spanish. She's learns many children's songs and ability to share with others. We feel that Nicole has done a great job communicating daily activities with us as parents. This makes us feel very much involved in our daughter's daily routine.
I will and have referred anyone to have their children experience a safe and happy environment at Nicole's Childcare.
I wake up grateful every morning knowing that my daughter will be in the best care.

The Amazing thing about Cherepashka home day care is that its the only day care in Chestnut Ridge that has a real philosophy on healthy organic life style. All the food served is vegetarian organic and all the toys were hand build wooden toys. The games and activities are all nature based. Out side time includes gardening. Ow cool is that. Check out

I am extremely blessed to not only have an awesome child care provider but a good friend as well. Corrinna has provided child care for my children since my oldest was 2 1/2 months old. She now takes care of my daughter 3 1/2 and my son 1 1/2. They love her, they can't wait to go to sleep at night just so they can go to Corrinna's in the morning, she is like their extra mom. She always has a smile on her face in the morning when we come and at the end of the day when we leave. Her positive, caring attitude lifts me up when I am down as well. Not only does she spend countless hours cooking, cleaning, diapering etc... she also spends a lot of time preparing lessons for her day care children, spending her own money on fun projects for them, reading books to them, and making sure they get educational teaching throughout the day on a scheduled routine. She always has something going involving nature, my little girl Sophia loves bugs or a ny kind. They have raised silk worms at Corrinna's house, they have had a roly poly farm, they have had several frogs, fish, and are encouraged to explore their surroundings. She is an excellent support to my children, myself, and my family. She is always there, always keeps good communication, but most of all, she loves my children as if they were a part of her family in her home. I would not trust them with anyone else! I just want to say thank you so much for being a part of our family, being so supportive, loving my children so much, and brightening everyone's day with a smile!

Nellie Bermudez is a fantastic day care provider. She provides safe, loving and nurturing in home care. Additionally she serves hot nutritional meals, facilitates stimulating activities and encourages creativity. My grand daughter loves going and at times procrastinates when leaving. Nellie is also soft spoken, patient and kind.

Words cannot explain how much my day care provider 'KIKI' means to me. Being the parent of a child with developmental disabilities and delays - I have always been faced with the challenge of finding a day care setting that will meet her needs and accept my child with all her strenghts and weaknesses. Kesha understands and accepts her limitations while integrating her with the other children in her program. In a positive and encouraging manner, she prompts my daughter to go the extra step and sets new (but obtainable) goals. For this, me and my family are so grateful. We have definitely seen growth, maturity and a 'CAN DO' spirit since she has been in Kesha's Care......

Our eldest daughter has been with Fran for four years, and our youngest daughter has been with Fran for 7 months (both since they were 3 months old). We found Fran through some friends of ours and were originally attracted by her warm personality, cozy home setting, and commitment to quality care. Since then, Fran has become like a part of our family. Her love for our children is obvious by the smile on her face every day as we meet her at the door. It's also obvious how much our girls love her by the way they embrace her every morning. We have been amazed at our eldest daughter's educational progress with Fran and are confident she will be ready for school in the fall. Although it will be sad to see our eldest "graduate" from Fran's care, we are secure in knowing that she leaves ready for pre-k and take solace that our youngest still has another four years at Fran's.

I would like to thank the teachers in the infant 3 room at North Country Academy of Clifton Park including Miss Jinni, Miss Amy, Miss Joie and all the other teachers that help through out the day. Its a wonderful feeling to drop your child off and not worry that he is not being well cared for all day. The teachers are always stimulating the children with various activites. My son, Joseph, who is now 15 months old has learned to dance, has a huge vocabulary and loves to hulla-hoop! Thank you for loving son. It makes leaving him all day to go to work a little easier.
Melissa Woodard (Waterford , NY)
Carla is a very dedicated, loving and caring provider. She cares for the childrens as if they were her own. I know that my child is developing in a nurturing environment. He feels loved, secure, and especially very, very happy.
Thank you so much for loving and taking care of Miguel Eduardo. Even tough sometimes it seems that I don't appreciate you I really do. Thanks for all the Dedicated Carlas around the world.

When I first moved to the area, my son had some behavioral problems that I wasn't quite sure were discipline related or medical. His two teachers, although he had several issues with his behavior had discussions with me and were overwhelmingly patient as I met with doctors to determine whether his problems were medically related or behavioral or a combination. He has since been diagnosed with ADHD and is now being treated and his attention in school and behavior have made a 180 degree turn for the better. It is in large part due to the professionalism and most likely the knowledge of the symptoms of ADHD that allowed for the incredible patience by my son's providers. They stuck by him and he loves school and his teachers.

All of the teachers and assistants are wonderful. When u walk in whether its your first day or several months into the school year you feel welcomed. Everyone takes the time to speak whether it's good morning or good afternoon. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and that they are sincere in their job and doing the best by our children. If I could pay them back for their kindness and generosity it still would never amount to what they deserve. I appreciate each and everyone of them for giving my son the best head start for his education. Thank you all for your warm hearts, helping hands, and smiling faces. You all are excellent in the part your playing into the future of our children. Thank you and God Bless.

The teachers at The Goddard School are really fantastic, patient, loving professionals. My daughter has been in care there nearly three years, and has had a very positive experience. Her current lead teacher, Ms. Veronica, has been with the school for nearly five years and has been a constant in a business with pretty regular turnover. Ms. Veronica is a wonderful role model, patient and consistant teacher and creative educator. My daughter will begin kindergarten in September, and I hope that her public school experience is as positive as her child care center experience has been. Kudos to Ms. Veronica and all of the gifted child care professionals and staff at The Goddard School of Stafford.

I couldn't express in words how much I respect and admire what everyone there does for my children. My Kids are 3 and a half and 18 months. They have been going there since they were 2 months old. They have grown there and developed so much because of the direct care and loving relationships they've developed with the different teachers over the years. I couldn't ask for a better daycare. The bring truth to the saying "you get what you pay for". Although they are a little more expensive than other daycares in the area, I would never sacrafice the love, dedication and loyalty they give to my children to find a cheaper facility. These teachers actually know their kids, and care for their kids as they do their own. Whereas other daycare teachers do it because it's a job and they deal with it. I love the staff at Solid Start and my kids do too. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all that you do in helping my kids grow. We love you!!!

The Director Denise, Assistant Director Cara and many of the long time staff are dedicated professionals who keep the program well-organized, maintain a very safe setting, and at the same time create an environment where the children in the this before and after-school program have a lot of fun!!
We have had our two children in the program for many years (we finally made it off the waiting list of this popular program), and have been 100% satisfied with the staff, and the program. Our kids have loved attending OK Kids, the directors and staff have been responsive to any issues that we have brought up, and they stuck with us while our pre-teen aged out of the system gracefully.
Thank you OK Kids, we really appreciate all you do!
Laura Etlinger (Valatie , NY)
My two children attend this program, and each member of the staff treats my children like family! They have a very positive and encouraging atmosphere, and I know my children will receive excellent care! These women do so much for our family, we love them!

I would like to recognize what a wonderful person my day care provider is. Lynne Wells has been nothing but wonderful with my children. She loves them like they are her own. Both of my boys are thrilled each day to go to "Grammys" house. I barely get a hug and a kiss goodbye when I drop them off. I have had a bad experience in the past with child care and felt nothing but anxiety when I would drop off oldest son. It's been a great change of emotions since switching to Lynne's house. I feel that my children are safe, loved and comfortable there. When I pick them up at the end of the day they ALWAYS have smiles on their faces!!! Not only does Lynne love my children but she also instills in them the correct behavior that my husband and I try to intsill as well. She disciplines when she needs to and always communicates with us when either of the boys has been in trouble. All in all Lynne is a fabulous child care provider and a wonderful person!!!
Sarah Rushton (Rome , NY)
My daughter, Sarah, has been in child care since she was 18 years old. She is now 25 and has made it her career, continuing in early childhood education. She loves her "kids" and their parents. Every day she has a new story to tell about something adorable or a milestone one of her kids accomplished that day. She is always getting notes or kudos from her parents expressing their appreciation for what she is doing in their children's lives. She is truly a remarkable person and I am so proud that she is concerned about the lives of others and wants to raise up children to be the best they can be!

I work with a group of Family Child Care Providers as their mentor/coach here in Colorado Springs. These ladies work long and hard to provide quality care for the children in our community. They are an amazing group of women. Each one of these providers has made a commitment to provide high quality comprehensive care for their children and the families they work with. I wanted to say thank you to Vicki, Margaret, Julie, Renee, Gwen, Heidi, Lakisha, Dainty, Tina, Deborah, and Celeste for their continued dedication and commitment to making a difference in the lives they touch daily!
Michelle Sears-Ward (Colorado Springs, CO)
My child has been in child care since she was 6 wks old... she is now 4. I don't know what we would have done without the wonderful child care providers along the way. Let's face it... they see her more than I do. They have helped mold her into the smart, funny beautiful little girl she is today. They will always have a special place in my heart.
Trish Kite-Hannon (Louisville, KY)
Ronnel provides each child with love and care at all times! She makes each one feel so special that they don't even want to go home. She even makes special events to take all the kids on a weekend evening for a slumber party. She is a great provider!
Jessica Cushman (Ridgefield, WA)
Both of my youngest children go to this facility and I love it! The providers are awesome and I always feel at ease when my babies are there. Its a small daycare which allows the teachers to provide closer attention to each child. I would suggest this daycare to anyone whos in need of child care.
Debbie Ramirez (Victoria, TX)
I appreciate my child care provider because my daughter has learned so many things, including what it's like to have a wonderful teacher! Donna DeMars at Donna's Daycare exceeded my expectations for daycare.
From providing such a warm, safe, educational, and fun environment for my daughter to teaching life skills and helping us get my daughter caught up to grade level in reading! I have been telling my friends about the wonderful childcare center Donna is running. Thank You Donna!

I would like to recognize all my staff at our school. I never knew there was such a thing as Provider Appreciation Day. When my husband forwarded this site to me, I quickly looked on our school calendar and did not see it! I would like to contact the Powers That Be to solicite this date be recognized in print and/or media reports. What a fantastic day of recognition for all the dedication and support our staff gives to our working parents! Everyday when we are here at school, we bring so much joy not only to the children in our care, but to each other as co-workers. We truly enjoy what we do, and our parents feel that every morning and evening and they are bringing and picking up their loved ones. I am proud of what we do and wanted to share this with your readers. Thank you.
Rhonda Hensley (Elk Grove, CA)
I love the Springfield Academy where my child goes. Ms. Claudia in the infant room takes such good care of my little one. She always plays with him and provides the extra attention that he needs when I'm not there. His face just lights up when he sees her. She makes it easy for me to go to work knowing that he is in such good hands.
Flor (Arlington, VA)
My son attends a KinderCare Learning Center in Fairfax, Virginia, and the staff have been great.
I had reservations about him starting at such a young age (3 months), but Ms. Linda and Ms. Anna made the transition painless. I see the joy in his eyes when he's on a buggy ride with friends or blowing kisses good-bye to his teacher, Ms. Beatrice, in the evening. The front desk staff greet us each morning and evening, by name. That assures me that they really care about their families. In fact, when I recently mentioned that I might be moving my son to a closer location to home, Ms. Linda said, "No, please don't move him..we love him!" I really appreciate the personal touch!
Ayanna (VA)
Ms. Grace and Ms. Clemmie are two extraordinary people. My son is greeted each and every day with the biggest smile and sweetest voice you could ever imagine. His teachers are so gentle, kind and nurturing that the transition from my home to their home is an easy one for my son. They truly have made a difference in my life. I am able to work full-time without any worries of my child's well-being thanks to the level of care that is provided by these incredible women. I am able to start my day, confidently knowing that my child's day in their care is going to be filled with creative activities, new experiences, fun, and most importantly, filled with love. I could not ask for more in a child care provider. I truly appreciate my providers!
Mujaahida (Arlington, VA)
My children attended the Alexander Child Care and Preschool. Miss Pat and Mr. Ed are the best. As a teacher I appreciated having Miss Pat not only take care of my child so I can work but also taught her all her early skills so she was Kindergarten ready. I know the importance of early learning and I am grateful Miss Pat was able to do this for my child. Mr. Ed is a wonderful Male role model for the children. Its great having both a female and male influence for the children. Miss Pat has been in business for nearly 40 years. She provides quality care, and a loving nuturing environment. Miss pat is a Permitted Teacher and has earned her Degree in Early Childhood education and will graduate this Spring. It's never to late to continue your education and Miss Pat is proof of that. You can visit Miss pat's web site and learn more about this great Program. And she is accredited too.
