Governor John Rowland has proclaimed May 9, 2003 Provider Appreciation Day in the State as he did in 2002.

Children´s Choice in Danbury received a proclamation from Gov. Rowland in 2001. A parent requested it. Notes were sent home telling parents about the event and teachers were rewarded with certificates of appreciation.
